Airdrop Gaming is committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Below you’ll find our policies for both domestic and international shipping.

Order Confirmation & Processing

  • After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.

  • Once your item ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Carriers: Orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Express or UPS. Delivery is available throughout the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Transit Time: The "2-day" timeframe refers to transit time only and begins once the order has shipped. Delays may occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

  • Shipping Costs: Rates vary based on destination, order value, and packaging.

  • Signature Option: During checkout, customers may choose "Signature Required" for an added layer of delivery security.

International Shipping

  • Carrier: International orders ship via FedEx International Connect Plus.

  • Transit Time: Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

  • Tracking: All shipments are tracked and details will be shared via email once shipped.

  • Duties, Taxes, and Fees: Import taxes, duties, and any other customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.

  • Countries Not Supported: We do not currently ship to Brazil, Turkey, Russia, or China due to customs and import limitations.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes the original shipping charge and any return shipping fees. However, shipping for repaired or replacement items under warranty will be covered by Airdrop Gaming.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Airdrop Gaming is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an error is identified, Contact Us as soon as possible—we may be able to update your address before the order ships.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please Contact Us immediately and include photo evidence. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a solution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Airdrop Gaming is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you’re concerned about delivery security, we recommend selecting "Signature Required" at checkout.

If your order appears lost or stolen, Contact Us and we’ll work with the carrier to investigate. We also suggest filing a report with local authorities if theft is suspected.
