We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in original condition and includes all packaging and components.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase (U.S.) or delivery (International).

• Products must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage.

• All original packaging, parts, and pieces must be included.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Prepare Your Return:

   • Use the original packaging and outer shipping box whenever possible.

   • If not available, ensure all components are securely packaged to prevent damage.

   • Follow these Return Packaging Instructions to avoid deductions or denial.

3. Ship Your Return:

   • U.S. Customers: You will receive a pre-paid return label via UPS or FedEx.

   • International Customers: You are responsible for return shipping costs and must use a trackable shipping method. A valid tracking number is required.

4. Drop Off: Bring your return package to your nearest shipping location.

5. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee

• A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

• Additional fees may be deducted based on the condition of the returned product and packaging.

Shipping & Handling Notes

• Original shipping costs, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

• Airdrop Gaming is not responsible for damage due to improper return packaging.

• International customers must provide a valid tracking number—no refund will be issued without confirmed delivery.
