Returns in the USA

1. 14-Day Returns: You can return your item within 14 days of delivery.
2. Condition: Must be in the original box and unused.
3. Restocking Fee: If opened or used, a 10-15% fee may apply.
4. Sale Items: No returns on sale or custom items.

International Returns

1. 14-Day Returns: You have 14 days to return.
2. Condition: Same as USA returns.
3. Create & Pay for Label: You must create and pay for the shipping label at your local post office or carrier.
4. Tracking: Must email tracking info to support@audioradar.com.
5. Not Our Fault: We're not responsible for lost returns while in transit to us.

All Returns

1. RMA Needed: Contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending.
2. RMA on Package: The RMA number must be noted on the exterior of the return packaging.

How to Return

1. Contact Us: Email support@audioradar.com for RMA and return steps.
2. Verify & Print: Check the return address and item on your pre-paid label. Print the label and packing slip from your email.
3. Pack It: Put the item back in its original box.
4. Send It: Use the provided label for USA returns. International customers must arrange their own shipping.

Additional Information

• You pay for return shipping.
• Use trackable shipping; we're not liable for lost or damaged items.
• Refunds start when we get the item back.
• Refund amount excludes initial shipping cost.
• Refund goes to your card in 5-7 business days or as a Gift Card if you used one.
• We reserve the right to not refund.
